General terms and conditions of sale

The products, including Q-Technology insoles and the Fascia-Tool, are intended for general wellness use. They are not medical devices and should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment. Neuro Performance Institute Inc. accepts no liability for misuse of these products.

Prices
displayed on the website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), but excluding shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices of products in the online store. Shipping costs are calculated separately and vary depending on the destination.

Ordering:
Users can place orders on the website q-store.fr. The ordering process consists of several steps: the user selects the desired products, adds them to their shopping cart, completes the order form, indicates the chosen delivery method, and finally confirms payment. Order confirmation implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and constitutes the contract. An electronic confirmation containing the order summary will be sent to the user.

Payment

Delivery
is made to the address provided by the user when placing the order. The Neuro Performance Institute Inc. is committed to doing everything possible to ship products as quickly as possible. The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, particularly for international deliveries, which may be subject to customs formalities that could extend the delivery time. The user is responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.

In the event of a delay in delivery, the user will be informed and will have the option to maintain their order or cancel it for a full refund, unless the delay is due to exceptional circumstances such as customs delays, disruptions in transport services, or any other situation beyond the control of Institut Neuro Performance Inc.

Warranty and Liability:
Q-Technology and Fascia-Tool products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects discovered upon receipt of the product. This warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product as confirmed by the delivery tracking. After this period, no claims regarding manufacturing defects will be accepted.

Neuro Performance Institute Inc. cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the products, unauthorized modification, or failure to consult a healthcare professional beforehand, where recommended. Furthermore, the company disclaims all liability for failure to perform the contract due to stock shortages, product unavailability, force majeure, or disruptions to transportation services.

Disputes:
All orders placed through the q-store.fr website are subject to Canadian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. If no amicable solution can be reached, the competent courts of the province of Quebec, Canada, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Modification of Terms and Conditions
Neuro Performance Institute Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The new terms and conditions will, where applicable, be brought to the customer's attention and will apply only to sales made after their publication on the q-store.fr website.
