This user guide has been designed to help you maximize the benefits of your
new insoles. Please read it carefully before using your new

insoles 1. Placement and Adjustment
Remove the foam insoles from your shoes to
Q-Technology insoles . Then,
insert your Q-Technology into your shoes with the "Q" logo visible.
Make sure the insoles are flat and not bent.

2. Daily Use
Our Q-Technology are designed for everyday use. We
recommend wearing them during your normal activities, whether
walking, playing sports, or even working. Your Q-Technology not
be worn while sleeping.

3. Care
Q-Technology insoles with a damp cloth if necessary. Do not immerse them
in water, do not put them in the washing machine, and avoid
harsh chemicals that could damage the components.

4. Minor Side Effects and Recommendations
Q-Technology insoles may cause some
minor side effects such as headaches and a temporary reduction in the ability to
fall asleep deeply. These effects are generally mild and disappear
after discontinuing use. If you experience this, we
recommend starting with a few
hours of use per day, then gradually increasing the time until you can wear them all
day and fully benefit from their effects.

5. Precautions
Q-Technology insoles is not a substitute for
consulting your doctor or taking prescribed medication.

• Important: Do not wear your Q-Technology during medical examinations
such as MRIs or any exposure to invasive radiation. This

could damage the insoles.
