diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or

promote better posture and increased body stability.

medical devices, it is imperative to consult a healthcare professional
before using our insoles.

- Fascia-Tool: The Fascia-Tool is a manual device designed to assist in
myofascial release and improve soft tissue mobility.
It should not be used as a substitute for
professional medical treatment. If you have injuries, chronic conditions, or
acute pain, consult a healthcare professional before
using this tool.

2. No Guarantee of Results:

- Q-Technology Insoles: Results may vary from person to
person. Neuro Performance Institute Inc. does not guarantee
specific results in terms of pain relief, improved posture in all three planes of space (except for the Q-Pro), or other perceived benefits. Any positive effect observed by users
is subjective and may be influenced by several individual factors.

- Fascia-Tool: Potential positive effects, such as improved mobility

vary from user to user. No specific results are guaranteed.

3. Limited Liability:

- Q-Technology Insoles and Fascia-Tool: Neuro Performance Institute
Inc. disclaims all liability for damages, injuries, or
inconveniences resulting from incorrect, inappropriate, or improper use, or use contrary to the recommendations provided in the user guide.

4. Warranty and Returns:

- Q-Technology and Fascia-Tool Insoles: This limited warranty covers
only manufacturing defects discovered upon receipt of the product. You have 30 days from the date of receipt
to report any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover

the date of receipt of the product, as confirmed by the
delivery tracking.
